TEXAS BOOTS AT THE MET

8x10 Oil on Ampersand Gessobord

This is, of course, anything Texas. This young woman was sitting on the steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. She was wearing Texas cowgirl boots. I wanted to finish this painting in time to add it to anything Texas in the month of June. I barely made it - whew! It's a nice reminder of a fantastic visit.

  2. Cowgirl boots and a dress, not a lot of people can pull that off, but she did just fine! A perfect finale, indeed!
