Anything Texas

Trail Boss
8x8, oil on panel
A charming colleague of mine who herded classes of 5- and 6-year-olds. Kindergarteners are much more challenging than cattle, as any parent or teacher would agree. It takes a pretty tough cowgirl to run roughshod on that bunch. Thanks to my new colleagues for including me in the Some Texas Artists Like to Paint group!

  4. Love your strong, graphic style. One of the things I first noticed was how the background blocks of color mimic our state flag, very well done.

As a teacher, I am thrilled to announce that school is out and summer vacation is here!
