Flying Moleskins
I'm part of a group of 14 artists who each have a moleskin journal circulating receiving artwork from each...Angela's a "Moley" too. This month I had Irit Bourla's Journal, her theme being places. I painted the 4 places I have lived...Texas, Louisiana, Costa Rica and Florida. I thought I'd put the Texas scene here, and you can see the rest by clicking HERE. The summer theme is illustrated here by the blooming yucca, the sweatdrops on the painting, and, if you look closely....the thermometer just inside the barn reads 100+.
