As Time Goes By, Geraniums, is a new oil painting drying on the easel this evening in Flower Mound Studio of one of my favorite Texas flowers. I received a note from a client this evening who had purchased one of my large sunflower paintings for his wife for their 40th wedding anniversary. They received the framed painting in the mail today and were delighted with it, and said at first they were a bit nervous buying art online, because they had never done so before. Now, he said, they were very glad they did. What an honor that a painting I created will commemorate such an important event in their lives. I hope it gives them years of smiles.
