This is a painting from a still life class last year - I'm bringing it back around for our "tool" theme this month. It's a perfect example of subjects I would never have thought to put together but when your brilliant teacher does it, voila! You walk into the studio and the set-up looks great - paint away! Hope everyone is enjoying a beautiful (albeit dry) Texas spring.
