Chisel Study 2
I'm feeling like a tool "hog" posting so many paintings
for this month's challenge. Please see my commentary
on my blog: http://lorraineshirkus.blogspot.com
Goodness, these chisels have developed into such beauties and deserve being posted for us all to see and enjoy. I've fallen behind in blogging again, and have seen the others on your blog, all are fantastic. This one in particular has really caught my eye, the color just sings!
I see the abstract in Lorraine's chisel paintings, Angela, and love it!! Both paintings are fantastic! Your colors are so rich and juicy, Lorraine, and I'm glad that you continue to explore this subject! :)

ReplyDeleteI'm back, I wonder if I'm the only one that sees an almost abstract quality to this one?

ReplyDeleteI like your painting! The colors look wonderful!...Daniel
ReplyDeleteThis is a wonderful painting. A chisel has never looked so good! It is so loose and almost abstract. Great!
