01/11/11 Just a Little "Wanna-be" by Carol Morgan

As a little girl, I wanted to be Roy Rogers! This painting is sort of a self portrait of me when I was 4 or 5. I loved to dress up and pretend, even then I had a marvelous imagination, to be Roy, Dale or even Gabby Hayes! Evidently my father got a kick our of it because he took this picture one morning when I was in my flannel pj's and awaiting my favorite show!
This is my entry for Cowboy Up -- hope you enjoyed it.

    I start to smile, then laugh when I see this painting. It is to cute, and looks just like you! I think we all have some 50's photos of ourselves wanting to be Dale Evans!!!
